We’re proud of a lot of things we’ve achieved in the last year, but this is definitely a highlight! HR Tech World, one of the world’s most prestigious HR events, has nominated Peakon as one of 5 finalists for its disruptHR competition in Paris on the 25th of October.
This year, the competition celebrates 5 years of championing the HR Tech startup community. disruptHR hosts the world’s budding entrepreneurs with ideas on how to positively impact the Future of Work. At the event, a panel of judges will evaluate the 5 finalists and choose a winner. Keep your fingers crossed for us ??.

Headstart. Headstart allows recruiters to spend their time more efficiently, reviewing those candidates who are best suited to a given role first, and therefore freeing resources that can be used to find candidates who would not ordinarily get a chance to shine. Headstart’s system seeks to remove unconscious bias, where a recruiter cannot.
