Why Do We Quit Our Jobs?

In a time of record-low unemployment where companies are competing to attract talent through ever-increasing benefits and perks, employers must not forget the importance of retention, which requires a bit more effort than an overflowing snack cabinet.

We analysed nearly 32 million employee survey responses from across 125 countries to truly understand what motivates employees to quit. In doing so, we found that telltale warning signs begin to emerge a full 9 months in advance of the departure date, most notably through falling engagement and loyalty to the company.

With this in mind, we invite you to join us for breakfast where we’ll talk through our findings and offer some insight into how you can anticipate attrition in your business, plus some tips on what you can do to promote employee retention.

RSVP above, we’d love to see you there!
