At Peakon, we are excited to share we have signed the Tech Talent Charter (TTC). The TTC brings together industries and organisations to drive greater inclusion and diversity in technology roles. 

What is the Tech Talent Charter?

The TTC was founded by a number of organisations across the recruitment, tech, and social enterprise fields and has been supported by the UK Digital Strategy since 2017. The TTC is run as an industry collective, as they recognise that only through working together and joining forces, can any real meaningful change happen. 

We are excited to join hundreds of companies, from all different sizes, industries and more. We commit to collaborating with fellow signatories, providing insights to the TTC Open Playbook to support and learn from companies working to improve their DE&I strategies, and sharing our annual benchmarking DE&I data.

”The importance of greater inclusion and diversity in tech is, thankfully, no longer up for debate,” said Debbie Forster MBE, CEO of the TTC. ”Sectors and organisations now need to work together to shift the dial – and this will happen a lot quicker if we pool our successes, failures, ideas, and learn from them to bring about real structural change.”

Forster continued: ”One single company can’t do it alone, and this is why we are very excited to have Peakon join as a signatory, given their influence over 1,100 companies, as they’ll provide the opportunity to create real meaningful change across so many different companies.”

We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion at Peakon, and have recently launched our first DE&I strategy and report.

Our highlights:

  • 46% of Peakons and 40% of our senior management team identify as women
  • We have 27 nationalities across 5 offices, spanning EMEA, US, and APAC.
  • Out of all ethnicities represented at Peakon, our Black Peakons are the most engaged
