Advancing Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace

Advancing Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace

At Peakon, we are excited to share we have signed the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ pledge, the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

What is the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge?

This commitment and pledge is driven by a realisation that addressing diversity and inclusion is not a competitive issue, but a societal issue. Recognising that change starts at the executive level, more than 1,600 CEOs of the world’s leading companies and business organisations are leveraging their individual and collective voices to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

The goal is to collectively take measurable action. Companies recognise that signing the pledge is the first of many important steps toward meaningful change. Contributing to, and learning from, actions other companies are taking is another. With businesses anchored in almost every community across America, we have the opportunity — and responsibility — to play a meaningful role in such an important societal issue.

What it means to us at Peakon

We will continue to push for a more inclusive society, and empower others to do the same through our products and our insights, and all that we learn from others.”
