From Ryan & Deci to Dan Pink, Autonomy has always featured prominently in theories of motivation and employee engagement. When autonomy is supported, employees feel a greater sense of responsibility for the outcomes of their work, which leads them to feel more motivated and to invest more time and energy into their role.Supporting autonomy is a common challenge for managers, but especially so for those managing people in highly structured or process-driven roles. With this in mind, we invite to be part of the Peakon community for an afternoon of learning and networking around our autonomy driver. With workshops, practical tips and advice for leaders, this event will give you the opportunity to share and discuss this topic. Drinks and nibbles will be provided. We hope you can join us!
