After his work with handicapped children and studying Social Sciences, Julian recognised quickly how important empathy is in organisational development. He holds an MSc in Organisational Innovations from Copenhagen Business School and uses his extensive knowledge to help Global operating companies to develop their internal feedback processes. His insights are helping organisations to utilise data to make better people decisions.
Lucas is passionate about organisational change and the human factors that power organisations. This interest is underpinned by a BSc in Psychology, and an MSc in Organisational Innovation from Copenhagen Business School. Lucas applies his expertise at Peakon by helping businesses to develop a people-first culture, using data to create exceptional employee experiences.
