Hosted by Peakon, Belong is an immersive one-day event for over 500 of the world’s best people leaders, designed to collaboratively examine employee experience in the workplace.

At Belong, we’ll be sharing fresh-thinking and new technologies in an event designed to help you develop a high-performance, people-first culture. On the day, you’ll learn first-hand how other organisations have improved their performance through people-first strategies.

Tackling three themes of Insight, Inclusion and Inspiration, our speakers (including TED veterans and NYT best-selling authors) will introduce the high-level ideas. Peakon customers will discuss their personal experiences in applying them.

Programme tracks

Data is the lifeblood of the modern organisation. In our Insights track, we will be exploring real-time, global workforce data with the release of our latest Heartbeat report, and hearing how business leaders are using employee insights to drive company performance.

The difference between management and leadership is the ability to inspire. Our Inspiration track will explore the link between leadership and the pursuit of purpose – how to find it, and how to inspire it in others. We will look at the future of work and discuss how businesses can help everyone reach their full potential.

Creating an inclusive workplace: the why and how. Our Inclusion track will examine the definition of diversity, the psychology of inclusion, and why D&I is vital to the success of every organisation. Inclusion experts will lead discussions and workgroups, sharing their passion, knowledge and experience whilst acting as consultants to attendees.
